This week we are starting into the new festival season and the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards are open for submissions. We thought it is the perfect timing to look at a few of our past Grand Prix winners. This blog article deals with 3 successful Grand Prix Winners out of eleven.

In one of our previous Blog Story, we presented already the Grand Prix Winner 2020. The White Dolphin 2020 went to Cinecore. The German production company convinced the jury with their elaborate production “THE BLUE WAY next exit”.

But who has won the Grand Prix in recent years?

Let´s start in 2014 with the 5th edition of the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards.
The honored film “Das Leben braucht Mut” produced by stories Ag from Switzerland is based on three stories and detached from facts and figures about how SUVA accompanies their insured clients in their life. The jury was excited about the three storylines which merge perfectly and at the end have a surprising twist. “The corporate image film seduced with its conventional form but has a gripping turn and thus the form from the beginning got unraveled. That is exactly what made it such a unique and remarkable corporate image film, stated the jury.

In 2016, Threesixzero Productions received the White Dolphin for its corporate film “Jus des Idées”. For the first time, the Grand Prix was awarded to a production from Singapore.

The Grand Prix winner Image film, "Jus des Idées", which has been produced for Restaurant André in Singapore, has also been awarded three Gold Dolphins in categories Corporate Image Films, Marketing Communication – B2C, and Informational Films. "What an inspiring movie! This work arouses sensitive feelings and emotions in a masterly way. With its excellent graphic and a magnificent cinematography, one can nearly smell the preparation of the products", stated the jury.

Finally, we continue in 2017. The big winner of the evening was the production company M2Film from Denmark with their two Films “The Heart of Trade“ and “A Pump”. For their production “The Heart of Trade“ they won not only the Grand Prix, but also four Gold and two Black Dolphins which are awarded in the Production Arts & Crafts categories, namely: Best Editing and Best Director.
„The series ‘The Heart of Trade’ is a unique piece of work. The storytelling perfectly connects the artistic aspects of this production with the corporate communication. The single films therefore each have a unique character.”, commented jury president Peter Beck on the choice of the Grand Prix winner.
